About David Medeiros
David D. Medeiros is a brain injury and stroke survivor, founder of ABI Resources, and maintainer of an independent, source linked public evidence archive.
His documented public service work includes evidence preservation, public record requests, disability access and accommodation requests, administrative complaints, legislative testimony, and submissions concerning Connecticut’s Medicaid ABI Waiver and related civil rights and government accountability processes.
Although the underlying records are primarily Connecticut focused, the archive addresses matters of national public interest involving constitutional protections, disability and civil rights, whistleblower protections, responsible use of public funds, and the treatment of vulnerable people, families, providers, and communities.
The archive allows readers to inspect the identified sources independently. It distinguishes verified records and documented actions from attributed statements, reported concerns, disputed facts, legal arguments, and official findings.
Archive scope
The archive concerns disability services, the Connecticut Medicaid Acquired Brain Injury Waiver, public records, accessible communication, civil-rights concerns, and government oversight.
The archive separates source records, attributed statements, allegations, editorial positions, and official findings. A submission, receipt, or referral does not by itself establish an investigation or finding.
