🚨 Federal Officials Who Received the 75-Page Whistleblower Report — And Did NOTHING
September 21, 2024 — I, David Medeiros, brain injury survivor and founder of ABI Resources, formally submitted my 75-page Whistleblower Report to the highest levels of the U.S. federal government.
The report detailed systemic failures, fraud, illegal sub-minimum wages, whistleblower retaliation, and harm to brain injury survivors in Connecticut's Medicaid ABI Waiver Program.
Every single person below received the full report.
As of today — April 13, 2026 — 18+ months later — they have taken ZERO action.
No investigation. No audit. No enforcement. No reply.
