Public service and action record

Methodology and Limitations

How the public record separates evidence, attribution, allegation, receipt, response, and official findings.

Evidence lanes

  • Service and action entries remain attributed to the archive.
  • Receipts prove submission or receipt, not validation.
  • Referrals and requests for information are not investigations.
  • Hashes detect byte changes when compared with a trusted record.

Publication controls

  • Unsupported active-investigation rows are withheld.
  • Absolute historical, legal, causation, and motive claims are not published as facts.
  • Private filesystem paths and internal control records are excluded.
  • Corrections remain linked from every section.
