🚨 CT OSE just denied my FOIA for Gov. Lamont's 2019 recusal list submission date claims "no records" exist, closing the request immediately. But §1-84(b) requires annual conflict disclosures, and 2019-2 opinion mandates "controls" on Oak HC/FT ties. This smells like a coverup… https://t.co/Htk2k0vHRl
