OSC closed my case (DI‑25‑002060) claiming I needed to name “the federal agency I’m applying to.” I’m not a job applicant I’m a provider & citizen filing under 5 U.S.C. § 1213. Misclassifying whistleblowers to avoid investigation is unacceptable.
