We documented everything. ⚖️ Sent whistleblower reports to DSS, CMS, CT AG, and federal agencies. 📅 For years, they ignored it. 🚨 Then we went to DOJ, HHS OIG, and the FBI. Now there’s a federal investigation but the damage is done. This was preventable.
