Even Grok (built by xAl) repeatedly misread my account as non-Premium and told me that's why reach is low — it was completely wrong, which suggests the platform's own systems may be misreading Premium+ status too. If Grok can't see active subscriptions correctly, is the algorithm applying the proper boost? This isn't just me — thousands of paying users report the same. Premium+ is supposed to prioritize us, but my profile effectively isn't working right. @elonmusk @lindayacc @premium @x @Support — can someone from the team please check my account flags, subscription sync, and why the boost isn't applying? Happy to DM details/screenshots. Fixing this would restore trust in the tier. Thanks! Also When profiles ask Grok what their name is and what time is it the feedback is false. If profiles are posting and the time zones are not correct this makes the system believe posts are in the past or the future.
