Our collaboration spans across a spectrum of pivotal government bodies and community organizations, including but not limited to the Connecticut Department of Social Services (DSS), Community Options (COU), the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS), Connecticut Community Care (CCC/CCCI), the Area on Aging organizations in Southwestern and Western Connecticut (SWCAA and WCAAA), Allied Community Resources (ACR), Access Health, and United Services. This extensive network is further enhanced through strategic alliances with esteemed academic and medical institutions such as UCONN, Yale, and Hartford Hospital, ensuring the delivery of unparalleled care and service. As a vanguard in the realm of community care and supported living services, ABI Resources is dedicated to providing exceptional, individualized support that catalyzes significant and positive change in the lives of those we serve.
