ABI Resources, a respected entity in the field of community care and supported living, cooperates closely with an array of governmental bodies, community service providers, and prestigious institutions. We coordinate with the Connecticut Department of Social Services (DSS), Community Options Unit (COU), the Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS), Connecticut Community Care (CCC/CCCI), Southwestern Connecticut Area on Aging (SWCAA), Western Connecticut Area on Aging (WCAAA), Allied Community Resources (ACR), Access Health, and United Services. Our collaborations extend to esteemed educational institutions such as UCONN, Yale, and Hartford. Our commitment is to deliver high-quality, tailored care to uplift the lives of those we serve. This commitment is realized through key initiatives such as the Medicaid Money Follows the Person (MFP) program, ABI Waiver Program, and the Personal Care Assistance (PCA) waiver, each of which ensures resources are directed toward comprehensive, personalized, and effective support for our clients.
