A one-hundred-day plan can turn goals into a measurable workflow, but the proposed No Wrong Door Act and timeline are not enacted law or current universal deadlines. Use five checkpoints. By day five: acknowledge, preserve records, and ask about accessibility. By day fifteen: classify issues and log referrals. By day thirty: build a chronology and evidence register. By day sixty: coordinate responsible offices and document status. By day one hundred: publish an outcome summary with privacy protections and unresolved steps. Each handoff needs an owner, date, record, and notice to the person. An acknowledgment, referral, deadline, delay, closure, or complaint does not prove investigation, discrimination, retaliation, obstruction, fraud, liability, or agency failure.
